The following is a report from my most recent student “dr. jones”.

As part of the bootcamp with brendan we went to Terra U. It was a thursday and after days and days of going out to approach and I was kind of tired. Terra U used to make me really nervous because of the threatening looks of the guys there, and probably because I didn’t spend enough time there. We walk in, security check and I find a friend near there and start casual conversation.

Then I find a 2 set, I go and introduce myself with a hi energy Hi! I’m bernardo uuuhuu. The tall girl says it’s her bday and she is with her friend from work. We talk a little bit more and the interaction fades so I eject.

I go back to Keen and he pushes me into the set again. “Go with more energy” he said imperatively. I make an effort to suppress my resistance which was up at that time. I complained and thought about how silly it was to get back to a set you just ejected from. They are seing this so I go back into de set with even more energy.

It works! They love it and I continue to escalate, dancing, making them turn taking, pushing them back, focusing on creating a fun party vibe. Some of the usual questions.
I run through my checklist: name, fun, statement of apreciation, statement of intent, the only thing left was the k close. I try to k close really fast but she doesn’t want to, I suspect it was due to the girlfriend being there. So we continue to dance and she’s dancing reggaeton but really hot, grinding and everything. I’m exited. Keen comes and starts dancing with the friend and I take my girl away from the friend and there finally I’m able to close her.

Great!!! We make out and then we got back to the friend. we continue dancing, she grinds I push her apart, then in. It’s getting hotter. Suddenly I grab her, and take her to a corner of the bar and there we make out even more. They have to go and we try to take them home but they don’t want to. So we go home and I text her. I ask: where are you, Home, let’s see each other, I can’t I’m in my pijamas. All right. then see us tomorrow. She can’t she has to go visit her sister. Ok tell me when you are back and we’ll do something. We can’t next day but we arrange something for sunday after her work. We go to see transformers. Really bad movie, by the way, theater full and withouth air conditioning. We leave early. No physical contact until that point. We leave get into my car, makeout and directly home, to my room and fclose.

The lesson: Pump more energy into the set
